Daar had hij last van, omdat hij voor zijn werk vaak presentaties moest geven. Vaak lukte het hem om iemand uit zijn team te laten presenteren, maar daar kwam hij op een gegeven moment niet meer mee weg. Van zijn manager kreeg hij de kans hier met coaching wat aan te gaan doen.<br>Samen gingen we op zoek naar d\u00e1t wat hem z\u00f3 in de weg zat. Dat wat ervoor zorgde dat hij ervan overtuigd was geraakt niet voor grote groepen te kunnen praten. Om daar te komen gingen we terug naar zijn kinderjaren. Toen we de oorzaak gevonden en erkend hadden, hebben we de overtuiging die hem zo beperkte met een oefening afgezwakt. Vervolgens hebben we deze beperkende overtuiging vervangen door de overtuiging dat hij wel voor groepen kon spreken. Blij ging hij naar huis. Een week later belde hij me op. Het had gewerkt! Niet alleen had hij de presentatie gegeven, hij kreeg er ook nog eens hele goede reacties op! Herken jij dit? Wat is jouw BEPERKENDE OVERTUIGING?
